Sexy Brown Sugar Salmon With a Lemon Twist
Dinner for Two...
w/Red or White possible Candlelight...

Prep Time: 5 min 
Bake Time: 60-90 min (depends on size of Salmon cuts) 
Serving Size: 2

For an entirely new twist with Salmon follow the instructions below and experience it in an entirely new way!


* 2 Choice cuts of Salmon
* 1 Lemon, Orange or Lime (whole)
* ½ Cup of Light Brown Sugar (fresh, moist)
* ½ Cup of Olive Oil (roughly)
* Honey
* Salt to taste

Pre-Heat Oven To 300 Degrees


* Place Salmon onto cutting board
* Rub lightly with olive oil form a nice even coating
* Now take Lemon,Orange or Lime (whole) using grater (smallest possible) grate a small uniform coating of Lemon Peel onto each piece form a nice light coating
* Next sprinkle Light Brown Sugar over both pieces according to taste
* Then Cut the Lemon,Orange or Lime in half, remove seeds and squeeze over Salmon as desired(be sure and use enough considering most of the tartness will bake away in the oven)
***That's it prepped and ready!!!!
***Put it in the oven...

For the next 60-90 minutes let it "Slow-Bake" lock in the favor ..(work in a few glasses during the wait) then forget about it for a while.

Now would be a good time to prepare a great side dish if so desired (just as healthy of course) to go along the main course, the Salmon. Simple enough so that it won't take away too much flavor from the Salmon. Something simple like as a medium-sized baked potato (with bacon bits, cheese and sour cream) or a maybe a small to medium Spinach-based salad topped with some well-thought out goodies would also be a good idea. Overall stay Salmon focused, trust me you'll be delighted at how this particular set of flavors and spices blend so well to give your taste buds a special treat!

Shortly after removing the Salmon from the oven and while its still considerably warm...is the perfect time to lightly run a few light strips of Honey up and down along each piece as desired. Enjoy!

Spicy Lemon Chicken Over Cauliflower Turmeric Rice

Health Food Update: You don't have to sacrifice taste in order to eat healthy! Above I sone of the healthiest best tasting dishes I have had all year! The mixture of ingredients that I must say is truly delicious, as it turned out to be as a nice light dinner-dish. With most of he fun in preparation.
Below are the ingredients and step by step instructions on how to make an excellent dish, naturally prepared very healthy and a great organic source of several vitamin and minerals. An excellent mixture of taste and flavors that all seem to blend together for a great meal. So take a chance one evening and make it out! You may be surprised at the refreshing overall nature of the dish itself which can also be taken onto a new level with a nice Red or White alongside.

Spicy Lemon Chicken – Maybe the best part of preparing the dish itself is getting the chicken ready! So closely follow the instructions and prepare some awesome Spicy Lemon Chicken.
Spicy Lemon Chicken -
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
Half juice of lemon
3 garlic cloves
1 T fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 cup 1 tablespoon avocado oil or extra light olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pre-preparing the Spicy Lemon Chicken:
Toss all the ingredients (except the chicken) into food a processor and blend well a few minutes.
Use 3/4 of mixture on chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour up to 4 hours max.
Once marinated dry chicken season with salt & pepper and then throw on grill or frying pan until cooked.
Chop to bite size pieces and pour the rest of the marinate onto cooked chicken.

Cauliflower Turmeric Rice:
1/2 cauliflower head
2 Tsp chicken broth
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Salt & pepper (if needed for taste)

Throw cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until cauliflower is rice like consistency.
Melt ghee with the turmeric & cumin powder in a pan over medium-high heat.
Once melted add cauliflower into the mixture coating it with spices and then add the chicken broth.
Season with salt and pepper then cook for roughly 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
